To help ensure Gateway Village remains a great community for all residence, please be familiar with the Rules and Regulations and CCR's. Here, commonly asked questions are briefly addressed. Please see documents for more detailed information. Also, feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Pool and Clubhouse
Access to the clubhouse, pool, and its amenities is a privilege to residents current on their dues. To obtain a keycard owners must contact Advantage Management. Keycards will be issued one per unit. No persons under the age of 18 may use the clubhouse, exercise room, or pool area without their parent, guardian, or a related adult.
The Pool and Clubhouse hours are:
5 AM to 10 PM Sunday—Thursday
5 AM to 12 AM Friday—Saturday
Utah Clean Air Act which states smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any entrance-way, exit, open window, or air intake of a building. Please ensure if you are smoking in Gateway that you comply with this law. All cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not left on the ground. Violation of these rules will be subject to fines.
To help with the cleanliness and organization of the condominium buildings, please limited under-stair storage to 6 non-motorized bicycles per stairwell and no other items, including barbeques, furniture, or garbage, are allowed.
Barbecues and Gas Grills
Barbecues and gas grills are not to be operated on the balconies of condominium buildings or on the porches or patios of townhomes. This is in accordance to the International Fire Code that forbids open flame cooking and storage of propane tanks on combustable construction balconies or within 10 ft of combustable construction (note that our insurance policy states 5 ft and non compliance can result in liability for damage).
Important notice from Fire Marshal
All residents owning a pet must sign and turn in a Pet Agreement to Advantage Management within 30 days of ownership. Pets are required to be on a leash when outside. Please be considerate of others and respectful to the community by cleaning up after your pets. Leaving your animals waste behind is a health hazard and owners will be fined. If you see someone not cleaning up, remind them kindly or let us know so we can remedy the situation.
Cable and Internet
Part of your HOA dues goes to providing cable and internet services. Comcast cable includes the Digital Starter Package, (about 125 standard definition channels). To get set up or if there are problems with your service visit the Comcast store in Orem or call.
High speed fiber optic internet is provided by NetPro. Contact NetPro for set up or technical difficulties email email@example.com or call.
Please make sure your trash makes it into the dumpster. It costs each of us additional fees when large oversized items are disposed of in the trash area instead of broken down and placed in the dumpsters. Please be respectful of our community and make sure your trash goes into the dumpster, and the area surrounding stays clean.
Two vehicles per home is allowed. Each condo in Gateway is assigned a covered parking spot near their building. This spot is only for use by the resident of the unit or with their consent. If you or your guest park in a covered spot that does not belong to you, you are liable to be towed or booted. Boats, campers and trailers of any kind are not permitted to be parked in the complex.

For Sale or Rent
The Gateway Village would like to remind owners they must be proactively involved with management when selling or renting a unit at Gateway Village. Please contact Advantage Management to ensure compliance.
Gateway Village is a safe and welcoming environment for it's residents and guests. Please be vigilant and watch out for each other and the neighborhood by reporting all suspicious persons and activities.

If you have lost the key to your USPS centralized mailbox you may contact the post office to obtain a new one for $40.
You shouldn’t pry open your mailbox, because it’s against the law, and also because mail carriers can’t deliver mail to unlocked or unsecured boxes.
